Scott Persin is the senior vice president of sales development for Mortgage & Title at Baird & Warner. In this role, Scott collaborates closely with the leadership, training and marketing teams to equip brokers with the tools and technology they need to streamline sales processes and build stronger connections with Baird & Warner brokers, attorneys and loan officers.

Before his position as SVP of sales development, Scott served as designated managing broker of the Baird & Warner La Grange office. During his tenure, he worked closely with agents - coaching and inspiring them to deliver exceptional service across the La Grange, La Grange Park, Western Springs, Hinsdale, Countryside, Riverside, Brookfield and Indian Head Park markets, to name a few.

Scott has over 22 years of experience as a real estate broker in sales, management and development. Prior to managing the La Grange office, he was a top-producing agent. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois and lives with his wife Lauren and his three children in the Western Suburbs.
